Started more than 15 years ago under the name Career Edge, we have helped thousands of people win promotions, secure their dream role, bounce back following redundancy and take on new directions.
Most importantly we are Australian-owned and understand the Australian market. You’ll find our team down-to-earth, practical and supportive. Even our Directors are Career Coaches.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Your privacy matters to us. We abide by the Professional Standards for Australian Career Development Practitioners.
This means you can be confident all information discussed in your sessions remains confidential. The Career Agency abides by National Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.
Information is collected solely for the delivery of career coaching and résumé development and will not be used for any other purpose. You may gain access to this information at any time by contacting info@thecareeragency.com.au.

We match your coach and writer to your industry and needs. You may work with one person or a few, dependent on how we can help you best.
You can be confident in the quality of the career support you are receiving – on our team we have a mix of experienced career coaches, psychologists, expert resume writers, interview and executive coaches, all working together to help you navigate hirer technologies; and maintain a competitive presence in crowded job markets.
Where are your offices based?
We have offices all over Australia in metropolitan and regional areas, and a large team of coaches and writers able to work personally or via phone and email depending on your preferences.
We have offices and coaches in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Cairns, Newcastle and many other regional locations. We have worked with clients based internationally, even some on remote military deployments globally. We can assist you no matter where you are located.

We are not recruiters or employment agents we are career development specialists BUT we will help you find the right people in these areas.
